We aim to continue to develop the Trustist platform to meet the evolving needs of each client, and to ensure that the process of managing their reviews is as easy as possible.
The latest addition to the platform allows users to sort their locations based on a variety of factors:
- Location Name
- Rating Score
- Review Count
This means that it is extremely easy to get an overview of how a network of locations is performing by sorting the dashboard using the required setting.
Clients can also use the ‘Set as Default’ button to save their preferred view as well as the ‘Download’ button to download a unique report showing how each of the locations is performing in terms of their reviews.
Alphabetical Sorting – Location Names
The first two options for sorting the locations within a Trustist account are ‘A-Z’ and ‘Z-A’, and they will simply sort the locations alphabetically based on the location name.
Sorting the locations alphabetically is particularly helpful if you have many locations and wish to view an individual location and it’s review details nearer to the end/beginning of the alphabet.
Sorting by Review Rating Score
Sorting the locations based on their average review rating score can be very insightful when you want to see how the locations are performing in comparison with each other based on their reviews.
Sorting the locations by highest rating to lowest will allow you to see which locations have received the best reviews from their customers. Alternatively, sorting the locations by the lowest to highest review rating can help you to identify which areas may require more attention to help increase the positive reviews they are receiving.
Sorting by Review Count
Using the sorting options for review count allows you to see which locations have the most/least reviews. This is a great way to see which locations in your network are proactively collecting feedback from their customers, and which could do with some more focussed review collection.
Downloading a Report Including Review Data
When you have chosen your desired display/order, you can use the ‘Download’ button to export a unique report showing the locations, their review count and average review rating in the exact order you have chosen.
This report can show you in one glance how each of your locations are performing in terms of customer feedback, and it can be a great way to create competition between the areas over who is collecting more reviews, or who has the best rating.
Creating friendly competition between locations can help to generate even more reviews, which will help benefit the business overall and increase the positive reputation.
