Seriously the worst betting company in the world. Restricted after very few bets. Finally got round to drawing out my funds and they just keeping asking for more and more ridiculous information. In 2019 they want my Bank Branch number (still cannot get this even from the bank) and Bank Address. Now need a statement showing my account details with the correct IBAN and Swift numbers. It's internet banking and all of this information is not on the statements. Save your self some time and please avoid this joke of a company.
Awful betting site - joined up and won a bet ... after trying to withdraw my money they then blocked it until I sent them 3 different types of proof that I am who I stated. After a week of sending documents they finally released my funds but blocked me from taking part in any promotions when I asked them why they wouldn’t give any kind explanation and instead blocked my account! Don’t waste your money or your time on this site they are cowboys
Sign up bonus said matches bonus up to £25. So i deposited £50 to get £25 free bet. However they didnt honour the free bet and shut my account down. Happy to change this if they honour it anytime soon....Update after waiting 3 days. They've come out with bs that its first settled bet. And the double settled before the single. I wish there was a way to get my deposits back off the dog company.They should be shut down.I can only imagine the 5 star reviews have been paid for by netbet...
Netbet and the 2.5 year verification delaySo here it goes - not sure if anyone can advise on an issue I have had with this company. I set up an account with Netbet in 2017 and deposited a large amount and lost practically all - I was using it for about 3 4 months. Anyway I was never asked to verify my details. Nothing, no passport, no utility bills, not one thing. I moved on from them as I wasn't fussed on their prices. Life changed and I moved abroad and name changed and had children etc etc. One night i was cleaning the apps on my phone and seen Netbet. Opened it up after a few tries and deposited a few quid into it again and lost it all. However, they began asking me to verify the account after all the second tranch of monye had been lost. The account was opened in January 2017 and I placed my last bet on 15 April following afew emails asking them to verify. However, my question to them was why was the account never suspended pending verification under KYC rules. I am requesting a refund on the basis the account should have been suspended because it was 2.5 years since I opened it and they did not ask me to verify until 8 April 2019.They also gave my false infomration and said they were unable to locate me for two years. I know that they have broken the laws pertaining to KYC and am in the middle of reporting them unless they refund my deposits.

So I've had an account with NetBet for a while now. No problem.Then I was prompted to upload documents for verification and in return, I would receive bonus spins.I did this and got the thank you email from NetBet, but no free spins.So I emailed them back and enquired about the spins and shortly afterwards received an email back saying I was no longer entitled to any bonuses!So they basically enticed me to send documents with the promise of free spins - only to negate on this offer as soon as they received the documents.Be very wary of this lot.
I dont reccomend. They didnt give me the bonus, and now i have to explain from where i have an english credit card (i live in ireland) Im using my revoult and n26 card for gaming. Hopeless site, customer service is terrible, my card ran out so had to add a new one, wow what an eye opener. Initial problem was where to add new card,found that and it would not let me add a new one, contacted support.Good god... repeating themselves in emails after i told them it would not let me add a new card... wanted screenshots of no error code shown ???taking it to IBAS as they still have my money.

i am using italy website, but decided to write my review here, so more english speaking people can know this story. i was intended to register the sport section, and get the 50 euro bonus reimbursement. there's an obvious difference between their sport and casino section. when i registered, there was a sport picture. i made all the input, registered successfully, then directly made the first deposit 50 euro. also made the first bet on the same day. but then after a loss, i do not see the reimbursement of 50 euro (for loss of bet). when i wrote to customer service, they insisted i registered on casino side. which is impossible. but how would i expect such error? if so i would have captured an image even taking a video of the process!! because i was not even intended to use the casino service. there are different tag on the web page about registration promotion. probably the one i clicked had issue and led to a wrong section, resulted in the wrong bonus. they are totally sloppy, not seriously investigate, and not even try to find a solution for me. i now keep receiving casino promotion that i do not want. if i was intended for that, why would i even make the first sport bet at all.
Found my experience re deposits withdrawals fair only £20 punter,don't play large amounts.But wanted £40 on greyhound at 5/2 offered £36 - ok not a problem. But stopped using my acct. in respect netbet can't lay a bet thats risks £100.

I have made 'small' withdrawals of £175 and £375 as a test run to see if I can trust this site before gambling more. It seems not to trust this was the right decision after the complaints here. I have instantly them all forms of ID and documents, including passport, 4 hard copies of bank statement, 1 electronic statement, and 2 copies of my bank card (front and back). It is approaching the 48 hour mark from the second withdrawal and 72 hours from when initially gambled with them. The most disturbing thing about is the complete lack of communication. Just automated emails that they have received the documents but I have sent four email asking that the verification be confirmed and that withdrawals be processed and have received nothing back. Following reading the vicious pattern they usually I have been anticipating them trying to delay asking for 'selfies' / locking the account or something of that nature. I have gambled on 33 websites and never once had this kind of request. However if they actually I would have already sent. They obviously tactically to make interest or maybe they can't even afford to pay out small amounts. I am on here complaining because it seems it's to get a response from them...?
First company to tell me, that I need to send a photo of my identification with my face next to the ID. Plus on top of that, statement from my bank is required. There are no other bookies, that will ask to give away so many personal information. Makes you feel like a criminal at the police station. No, thank you.
