Efficient service, helpful staff. Just keep on mind your questions when visiting the flat, and ask how to be present during the inventory, as it is stated in the document. Basics.

From start to finish Eden Harper were excellent in the service they provided. Whenever I called they were always on hand to answer my queries. Nothing was too much for them. Extremely professional.

We found the agency very helpful, giving us what we really looked for, thanks very much

As always the staff at Eden Harper have been excellent. Managing to make the letting process far less stressful than it could be. I have been using them for over 10 years and wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

Do NOT put down a holding deposit as they will accept multiple “holding” deposits from multiple groups of prospective tenants.
Reply left 11/01/2019:  Hi Zoe - we've tried to explain a number of times now and have refunded your holding fee, we're sorry your offer was not accepted and wish you well finding another property

AWFUL ESTATE AGENTS. They accept multiple holding deposits and put you in a bidding war with other people just to get more commission for themselves. Terrible service and very unprofessional, poor communication and breach protocol just to benefit themselves. I would not recommended at all, the worst service I have ever received when property hunting.

AWFUL ESTATE AGENTS TO USE! They accept multiple holding deposits creating a bidding war between groups of potential tenants just so they can get a higher commission. Terrible service and poor practise from this company. Do not use them, I would not reccommend.

We put a holding deposit down on a flat and sent a large sum of £500 to the bank account on the form we were given which stated that this money would reserve the property for us. We spoke multiple times with the estate agent who said that she would be in touch the next day. We then found out she had accepted another holding deposit (which is not what estate agents are supposed to do and this breaches the contract that we entered when we paid the deposit first). We were then put in a bidding war with another group and were played against each other. We were told that we had both put in the SAME offers after increasing them multiple times and then were told that the landlord would decide. The agent told us that if the other group were going to put their prices up, she would tell us. SHE DIDN'T! I then received a call the next morning saying that the landlord had accepted the other offer. APPALLING. We had put our holding deposit down first and yet the deposit did not to what the company said it would do. So they are dishonest and do not communicate well. They then tried to make us look like we were lying when by saying they gave us the chance to negotiate- they didn't as they never told us about the increase in offer by the other group and therefore they had an advantage (even though they paid after us)l. Poor service, poor communication and they get very defensive when they know they are wrong. Multiple holding deposits should not be accepted.
