My experience is ongoing & sadly very bad. The level of cleaning provided was not good. Part payment for a quarter, is made in advance & having not wanted to continue with such a poor service had to request a refund. This has still not been received after chasing almost daily, many weeks later even after being promised by Caroline. The situation has definitely not created any " time for me" just the opposite!!
