I’m working Mum and needed cleaning done at my property. My first discussion went well but followed by email, email and emails i.e. no further option to call. After a week follow up, the cleaning set up meeting to understand requirement, signing cleaning contract etc was arranged in further a week time with no clue on start date for service so had no option but to look for other cleaning service. As a customer I would recommend to be accessible and simplify the set-up process and flexible on the start date for the service based on customer requirement OR at least transparent on timelines in first discussion itself so if it doesn’t fit in customer plan they can use their valuable time properly

Reply: Dear Asha, we are very disappointed to read your review and feel that your comments are unfair because we are very transparent in our timelines. We responded to your initial enquiry on the same day with a telephone conversation and an email in which we outlined the whole process, including the need to visit your home to ascertain your requirements, and the lead time of 5-10 working days to find you a suitable candidate because your request to have a cleaner start within one week was already against the clock. The timescales of how we do things were made very clear in the email however, further correspondence was exchanged over the next couple of days because you did not want to follow our procedures of a home visit first, you wanted to bypass these to do everything online and have the cleaner start as quickly as possible. We try to do things as efficiently as possible but we have a duty of care to our cleaners to ensure that they will be working in a safe environment. We pride ourselves on providing the correct service for our clients and this includes vetting our cleaners in their own homes which you also requested we do. This all takes time and we a​re​ sure you will appreciate that providing someone to work in your home requires a lot of trust, time and effort and had ​we​ attempted to cut corners and only vet ​our​ cleaners online​ to suit your timescale​,​ ​we would not be providing a duty of care to you as ​our​ client. ​We are sorry ​we could not fulfil your service requirements within the timescales you had in mind​ but we wish you all the best for the future and finding the right cleaning solution. left 2018-04-11T12:29:00.48
