Hi Amanda, Just wanted to feedback this week. It's easy to take the time to complain but it's equally important to say when it's good...! We were very pleased with what cleaning Lynette achieved this week and our house smelt and looked clean and fresh! We were very pleased and hope this is the standard to be maintained going forward!! Really appreciate your taking the time to work things out between ourselves and Lynette...on the one occassion I met her, I liked her and she seemed very competent cleaner so I would have been loathe to change so quickly! Let's hope it's all good from here on inwards. Thanks again
