Kate has been absolutely amazing since she started cleaning our home, not only do we really like Kate as a person, but nothing is ever too much trouble for her either. Her cleaning skills are incredible and she always carries a wonderful happy persona which I think is unusual in this industry. She is also has great initiative, we keep the house tidy, but if she spots the odd cup on the side, it's always put into the dishwasher, the bins are always emptied, and on the odd occasion when I'm running late in the morning she'll even make the bed (we never asked her to do any of these things).
