Dear Amanda, Terri came promptly today and she is just as you said she would be and we warmed to her straight away. We just left her to it as we were working outside but popped in occasionally. She cleaned my home spotlessly and got to parts of our house that have been neglected. We are now wondering why we have waited so long to get a cleaner for our home.
