Jenny is an outstanding guide. She really know the city history and the beer process. Hers was the best description and display of the beer components and the effect each has on the end product. She is so animated when telling the historic stories that you feel like you were there. She took into account the fact that we cannot stand still for very long, waling or sitting is fine, and adjusted to account for that. They also adjusted their start time to accommodate our cruise ship schedule. She quickly learned our preferences and adjusted her recommendations to match. Just cannot say enough good about this tour.
