ive never been to a big dealership before and get looked after as soon as i stepped inside before, an older lady very smartly dressed came straight up to me and asked if she could help, i said well its the first time i have been here (as its my first V Class Merc ) she said follow me sir and looked after me on and off all thee time i was there, the technician was on the ball 100% good service, i found it an excellent service Merc Springfield ,Chelmsford, well done, give them all a pay rise.....
Very nice show room good stock of cars on display Suzie was very helpfulland spent time with me with no presure .

The quality of service provided by Andrew Unwin was outstanding. (We requested Andrew as he had provided such outstanding service while at BMW Chelmsford.)
Even in his absence the Finance Representative took great trouble to respond to our questions when we visited the centre.

Their cars are huge, not for the streets of London really, and very boring to look at, except for their two seater sports model - which is gorgeous.
A bit sad when people act a particular way when they think they have a little status just because they have told themselves they sell something that they think adds status: Shame really, their attitude tarnishes the product their selling, at the end of the day it's just a car at the end of the day. In their case, a big ugly boring car with knobs on!

I started dealing with with Mercedes Chelmsford in May and have yet to find a resolution to the Issue I first came in with.
Truly appalling work by the service department, with miss information form the start of dealing with them. Unable to give correct information on the Keyless Go system, and incorrectly diagnosing a leak on the AC system. Poor communications and quite frankly condescending treatment from the service staff, who have little understanding of their business.
The parts department have tried to help and been responsive but have failed to deliver the correct parts when it comes to the key. Other Items they have delivered on time and correctly.
Overall the service from Mercedes Chelmsford has been very poor and I would not use them for the service and maintenance of my car or would I recommend them to anyone else.
Sam was dealing with us while purchasing a Mercedes at Chelmsford which he done very well. Great customer service skills and in general a real nice guy. Hopefully Sam is still there in a few years when we come back to get a new car
The car I first purchased had an unforeseen fault which was only noticed by myself and reported the problem to the dealer after a few days of ownership, which they responded in an exemplary way. They took back the faulty car without question and offered me another vehicle which was a more expensive one but allowed me a very favourable deal and did everything to satisfy me.
I would defiantly buy another car from Mercedes at Chelmsford with confidence.
