I popped in to order a wiper blade and the team were as helpful as ever.
A blade was ordered but unfortunately the wrong one was delivered, which became apparent when the parts guy tried to fit it for me.
A new blade was ordered and I received a text when it arrived. Apologies were given again and the blade fitted quickly and efficiently.

All the staff are very friendly and it's a lovely dealership to wait at, whilst getting your car serviced. I was continually updated on what was happening with my car by my service advisor, Luca.Lu was very professional and great to deal with. I was very impressed by his customer service!
1) Booked an appointment and was told that they would require two days. After two days I was told that a technician was unable to get to look at the car because they had lots of other urgent cars to repair.
2) My car was stolen along with both keys. Once it was recovered I visited VW to order two new keys and was charged Â£350. I was advised to get the car recovered and then both keys would be coded. Once the car arrived at the garage I was told that they couldn't code the keys and that I need to order a new lock set and two news keys and I was charged Â£850 for this. I complained to David in the service department and said that I was advised to get two new keys and that I would like a refund and he refused.
Very friendly and professional service from Asim. Took the time to understand what we were looking for, was very patient and found us a good deal. Would highly recommend speaking with Asim if youâ€™re looking to buy a car from here.
Can't compliment enough about the whole experience. Absolutely 5 star service. Each visit has been a great experience. Outstanding customer service.
