It was a very nice gesture to have offered a free wash and vac on the 1st anniversary of my car purchase (more on that debacle when I can summon up the energy!). Having booked a time and arrived punctually, it was disappointing in the extreme to be handed back the keys an hour later to find that that the interior had had a perfunctory vac at best and the boot (which I'd cleared out) had not even been opened.
They say one shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth but this was certainly a waste of an hour.
I would have awarded only one star but the charming and efficient receptionist is worth a star on her own.
service was fine everything seemed ok promise the full service upon receiving the car was fine for a few days had a few issues nothing big had it looked at to be told they never fully service the car so had to pay out for bits and bobs to sort problems went back to them regarding it been on the warranty they basically didn't care told me they will look into the matter never did and any further problems go to Ford and then make a claim and they may pay me back unfortunately its not good enough from them the aftercare is shocking will not be buying a car from them again
I recently had a very positive experience at this dealership. I found the staff to be very approachable and knowledgable and they shared their expertise with me without putting me under any pressure to make a purchase. This seems to be a rareity in the car industry!
Overall very satisfied with my purchase and I love my new VW Golf!

The sales team were excellent. Dominic, the salesmen was knowledgeable about the car, finance options, knew the range of cars in stock and was very efficient with paperwork and follow up. This was in stark contrast to other dealerships I went to.
