Don't buy a Jaguar xf mine has lost 60% of its value in two and a half years despite perfect condition and only 14k miles on the clock. They said because it is diesel the new Jaguar diesel engine.
Tom at landrover is the guy to deal with. I came in not really know what to expect after nissian where so rude to me. My parent works and landrover so we went in to look at the discovery sport landmark. All i can say is wow! The service was great. I was made to feel welcome. The deal we got was amazing. Tom kept me up to date with everything helpped me with all the paperework and made the whole thing so stress free. When i got the car a couple of weeks later. The pick day was mind blowing. And i just love my car and im actually keeping it clean (i have dogs and horses so normally my car is bad) i had my car for 4 weeks now and cleaned it twice. The protect coating they put on is amazing and the body wash stuff i got is brill to. All round amazing still smiling 4 weeks later everytime i walk to my car. Thankyou guys

Worst service possible. Extremely rude and hung up the phone on me after arguing with me like a school child. Would not listen to any of my concerns. I put in a complaint and nothing was heard.
To book your car in you will be waiting one month and then it will be just sat there until they have time.
They will give you a date when itâ€™s ready and it will not be.
They will not have any courtesy cars available as they say they all with customers. When you do finally get one it will probably be what they gave me, a pick up truck in replacement for a Range Rover sport autobiography dynamic! Iâ€™ve only drove my car for 1 week the rest of the times itâ€™s been with Land Rover Wolverhampton since I bought it. Finally I got the car back and after 2 days another fault and theyâ€™ve told me to bring it back in and they can look at it in one months time! They promised a full health check on the vehicle and when I asked for it they said there printers donâ€™t work. They told me they would email me the health check results and nothing was sent. Land rover Wolverhampton staff do not have a clue what they are doing and know nothing about customer service. I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANY VEHICLE THAT LAND ROVER SELLS AGAIN. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Just wanted to put in writing my appreciation in relation to the service that I had yesterday from Vishal. My last few weeks have been hectic. The support and ease at which you made the car purchase greatly appreciated.
