Terrible service once you have the car. I had problems with my brake discs, took the car in on three separate occasions and was eventually told they don't know how to resolve it and I will have to put up with the problem.
Have since taken my car there about a battery warning light and low and beyond, get the car back and the problem hasn't been fixed despite it being with them for 2 days. Also was told when I went to pick my car up at the end of the day that no one had looked at the car yet - a phone call would have saved me the trouble of heading there to find that out.
Very poor and would not get a Jaguar or Land Rover again as a result of the service of this local dealership.
Great modern showroom that is well stocked with vehicles across the range. Staff have always been helpful and I'd recommend a visit after buying 2 cars from them over the past 3 years. Very happy with the salesman we dealt with (Jeremy Antunes)
Terrible customer service. I purchased a discovery sport from them, only to find out later that the mirror was bust and kept detaching. Does not seem to stick correctly, so the mirror part keeps falling out.
Took this back and complained when i booked my first customer checkup, but when my wife arrived, they claimed they know nothing.... my wife then booked it in for another checkup, where the guys said they will get this replaced. This was Oct 22nd. He confirmed he will order the part and let us know. We called in beginning of December to check on progress, where we where told it will arrive in 1 week, and they will call us back..... Today is the 21st December, still no call, no email, just no response from Lancaster Milton Keynes. This is terrible customer service, just cant believe the lack of customer service and respect.
Really poor service. Tried to book my new Range Rover into the dealership to fix a fault - was offered a date 7 weeks away. Another dealer took it the next day and fixed it. Wrote to complain to the service manager....a week later and they have not even bothered to reply. Give this place a miss - glitzy showroom but what use if you can't get a problem fixed within a reasonable time or a response to a complaint.....
From start to finish the experience was professional and friendly throughout. It was like asking a friend for a favour. Lancaster LR is 50 minutes from my home and I'm more than happy to travel for a trusted environment.
Provided service are very satisfactory, which help to easy purchase of the new car. Explained every little thing about the finance options which suites to our budget. This is purchase experience, but I have received the post purchase call asking about how things are. Hoping to get same service through.
Vehicle service review â€“ With my current procurement Land Rover Discovery HSE (new) from Lancaster Land Rover Milton Keynes, stared showing Service Required information on dashboard and for his purpose I called ask the process to reset / remove the dashboard update. They suggested to book for visit and it may take around 2-3 hours. Booking slot availability was fine with me (on Saturday), on the day of visit everything was perfectly planned, and customer service is up-to the mark. Car hand-over was fine, and they explain what they are going to do with this visit (oil and filter change) and required time period. As I am not local and not having second car decided to stay-in till serving completed. Lancaster offer free wifi, tea/coffee and something to eat. After completion they wash and vacuumed the car which look like fantastic and service required warning solved.
Unsolved mystery, why brand-new vehicle started showing service required warning with in 8000miles? Also, next services are paid and not covered from manufacturer.
