I bought a brand new XF Sportsbrake in September. I am just about to book it in for its third repair for the same fault.
Any repair work done does not seem to be checked before returning my car to me.
Wasted 44 mile round trip to take car to them and the same to pick it up.
Only good thing to come of it so far is the car gets returned washed.

Dealt with the service department, lost the file so when I went to get the work done none of the parts had been ordered. I asked for a courtesy car and was promised a courtesy car. I even asked if my age would be an issue. Yet I was declined a courtesy car when I got there so now I am left without a car..after this experience I wouldn't buy a car from them I shall go to Grange
On a lighter note. The salesman we dealt with was helpful and proactive unlike his colleague. We were given a lift home so that was the positive

Fantastic service here today. The receptionist, Pam, made everything easy and went to the trouble of offering my four year old grandson a drink and biscuits. The workshop staff had my car sorted in no time and couldn't have been more helpful.
