Have been waiting over 2 weeks now for new mats for my car of 30k!! Plus over a week for someone to get back to me about booking it in to have the rear camera looked at. Still waiting for the call... have felt more of an inconvenience than a valued customer. Had better service from a 3k car deal than a 30k car deal. I change my car every year or so, would I rush back... no
An amazing customer experience. Very impressed that I was sent a video of what the technician Ryan has checked on my car. The customer service at this particular Jaguar dealership is fantastic from everyone. I would have another Jaguar from this dealership for the customer service alone.
Sold a car withholding knowledge of prior accident damage, stating there was none. Dealership included 3 years paint and lacquer warranty, for which a claim was made well within this period as paintwork was failing as a direct effect from repairs done by a company not approved by jaguar. Jaguar refused to honour the warranty. Avoid at all costs
I cannot fault their customer service.
There was a delay in delivering my car, through no fault of Lancaster Tamworth, but the way in which they dealt with it was exemplary. It's easy to give good service when there aren't any problems, but things do sometimes go wrong and that's when you find out whether customer service is more than skin deep. Lancaster Tamworth were absolutely fantastic and went well beyond what I would have expected of them in the circumstances.

If the service department is half as good as the sales department then I will be a VERY happy customer!
