Unable to provide a workable solution to my stop/start issue, other than increase the usage and travel mileage on my vehicle, so the battery remains charged to the correct voltage. This is not an acceptable solution to this problem.
Annual service + diagnostic check - all dealings polite, kept informed, good replacement car during service, no waiting, good access and procedures in place for drop off/collect.
Car dealerships are often maligned but i have only ever received first class service here - i feel they care about me as a customer and will take the necessary steps to retain my loyalty where possible.

Been into the showroom a couple of times now. Staff pleasant but for the test drive seemed disinterested. Other staff member didn't call back twice when they said but was friendly. Additional test drive request via website has not been responded to at all. As potential cash buyer surprised at the lack of interest. Shame as car was lovely!

Whilst they were always very courteous and the Showroom is very smart, the staff did not have a good knowledge of the cars and did not respond to calls or keep promises to return calls.
I was very disappointed with the level of customer service for such a premium brand... I only used this dealership because I wanted a Jaguar and wanted to deal with local people... but I could not recommend them.

I travelled from the north west, 200miles for their service. My queries were dealt with promptly and had me in the vehicle in a week. All the paperwork was undertaken rapidly and also accommodate a Saturday to work around my schedule. I can honestly say Craig has gone over and beyond to find me this vehicle.
Customer service is at the forefront of doing business these days - Craig and Stuart seem to appreciate this - and it's seems to be clear.
I have spoken to (and met) several Jaguar dealers in my search for a new XE. My experiences with Lancaster Jaguar were by far the best ones. From polite and attentive receptionists (often forgotten in the mix - but super important to get right) to the professionalism and salesmanship of Craig Young, I have been delighted by my 'sales cycle'. It also goes without saying that I am also extremely satisfied by my XE!
