Booked car in for service and mot , was advised that it needed the egr valve to be checked, was asked what time I wanted it back and said 1500. I received no call if the car was ready to be picked up or if there was anything wrong with mot or service. I called at 1600 and the service colleague was busy so asked If they could call me back with an update, had to call back at 1700 as no call and was advised car was ready to be collected. When I went to find my car after being given the keys and told it was in the car park, I walked every space, in what is quite a small car park with no sight of my car, I returned to the service team and advised that it was out there and they would get someone to get it for me, was it REALLY in the car park or out on the road? My wife received excellent service when her BMW went in for a service so I hope I just got an off day.
This was my first visit to Lancaster Milton Keynes and I was very impressed by the service I received. From my arrival on site I was met with a very friendly welcome and directed to reception. Here again they were all very nice and my reasons for attending were addressed promptly. All in all an excellent service.
Emma was great throughout the whole process. Friendly, excellent communication and diligent; I was also incredibly pleased with her managing to arrange a pick up from the station to the BMW Centre on the day I picked up my car- that saved a lot of logistical issues for me. I would have no hesitation recommending Emma or Lancaster Milton Keynes.
Great customer service up until they gave the me courtesy car. As soon as I sat in it, they closed the door and walked away. I had no idea how to start the car, where reverse was or even how to adjust my seat I understand it's a busy time of year but take the time to make sure you're customers are satisfied and understand the vehicle before walking off
I was served by Andrew Gray. Very nice sales man. He listened to my requests before coming to the dealership and provided me with all information I asked for.
