Not my local BMW garage as I live in Bedford but it's worth the journey to get the friendly and engaged service that Lancaster Bury provide. Keep doing what you do so well.
Service Center very, very poor. Arranged a lift to work at time of booking and ended up having to walk to work. Return journey was no better, waited over 40 minutes for a lift and ended up walking halfway. Customer service absolute shambles. Staff on service desk PO-faced, unapologetic and unhelpful. Would not recommend to anyone. I would award no stars
I first used Lancaster Bury BMW to do a retrofit of a Alpine sound system on my e92 and very pleased with the result. Mark in parts was very helpful whilst we struggled to find the precise retrofit part numbers. In between I must have called 5-6 times and always pleased with the result.
Went for a full service last Friday (28.09) and was quoted Â£525 by BMW online, the bill was actually Â£419!!!! Which was a very pleasant surprise. Furthermore, I was given a good quote on an intermediary oil change between services, which I shall be taking them up on in a few months. They did forget to fit a storage net in the passenger foot well, but once pointed out they were very quick to resolve their mistake, so happy days in the end. I'll be back soon!
For a car dealership you can't beat this place. Salesmen who want to sell but equally want to get you the best deal. A great range of new and used cars. Oh and did i mention the coffee machine. I would visit just for that. Big shout to the team here. Keep up the good work
First class customer service from reception staff and Matt Butcher. All made us feel very relaxed and comfortable when doing business. This is now the fifth Mini we have bought from Matt over the years, so that must tell you something. Thanks very much, keep up the good standards.
