Poor service they think they are 'superior' and better than you, and arrogant because they are 'Audi' .you would expect this to be better from a brand like Audi.
Unpleasant experience. Went out today to decide on BMW X3 or Audi Q5. Was made not to feel welcome because I didn't have an appointment and then looked up and down by the receptionists for the duration while I tried to view the car in the showroom. Only lasted 5 minutes due to the feeling of not being welcome. Conversely, BMW were great - decision made!
Elaine and the team at Bolton Audi have given me such a great service throughout the past few days. From the first call, to the actual purchase and transfer of my part exchange, they have ensured I have been well informed and really well looked after - plus Iâ€™ve ended up with the perfect car! I would thoroughly recommend anyone thinking of buying a new or used car to make the trip to Bolton Audi.
I booked a day off work to collect my new car. I was very excited when I pulled into the car park. As I approached the show room I was expecting to see my new car in the presentation room (where I picked up my last new car) but it was empty. As I walked passed it I noticed a car just like the one I was buying but it cannot be mine as the registration is wrong. Entering the show room I asked to see the sales person who was dealing with me. I made a comment “I hope that is not my car outside as the registration is wrong “
I was told yes it's your car. Sorry we have put the wrong registration plates on.
The excitement that I had just 5 minutes ago had now completely gone. When we finished the paperwork I was taken outside to see my car.
It obviously must have been outside all night as it was wet through. I was then asked “do you want it putting into the collection show room ?”
There's absolutely no point now. I was so disappointed and I just wanted to go. I got the keys got into the car and set off home. I was driving for about a minute and the fuel warning light came on. So I was panicking that I would run out of petrol. When I got home I got out the car manual so I could sort out the controls but the manual was in Italian!!
I called into the show room and few days later to speak to someone about getting me the correct manual. One of your managers came over and I told him about my experience. He was apologetic about what had gone on. Sent a member of staff to top up my petrol and gave me a bottle of champagne.
So as you can see what should have been a great experience turned out to be a disappointment. I feel let down and frustrated buy the whole experience.

Can't find fault, would definitely consider the Bolton branch again, even though there is a more local one - which we visited, left our details / search criteria with and from which ....we heard no more, so clearly they're bucking the trend and selling enough cars.
Fantastic service.dealt with omar and luke. Couldn't do enough for us . Bought 2 cars A6 sport and A6 avant superb cars, omar explained all the tech and helped us set up the cars. Made sure we understood everything before we drove off. Cannot thank omar enough. !!!!
Nothing was a problem and any questions answer clearly everything went really smoothly
Horrendous experience this morning. This is trying to purchase a car as an existing Audi owner.
Two and a half hours of my life Iâ€™m not going to get back.
Feel completely hoodwinked , confused and donâ€™t know where to go from here.
Referred to constantly as a VIP
But left feeling anything but.
Have never been made to feel like that at any car showroom
Very helpful especially reception staff as the fsce of audi when you go in. Sldo David in service great job guys
I have always found Audi Bolton to be excellent with customer service in all departments.
