Would not recommend this garage my partner brought her car in April 2018 and in December finally get the spare key in December then tried to charge me Â£60 for the program of the key but was agreed it was free of charge on point of sale but it seems sales and services or parts department donâ€™t talk to each other. We are still currently awaiting the hand books that we was told when we brought the car all of this would take about 6 to 8 weeks now January 2019 and still no hand books
So far itâ€™s been back in for the break pedal that sinks and what feels like the clutch is going was all fixed once well for about two weeks and itâ€™s going back in yet again because it has the problems yet again hoping next time I leave feed back it could be a better one
Feel very disappointed considering itâ€™s a Audi and the price of the car

The car I traded in had a CD in the player which could not be given back to me but other than that it was a good experience. The CD player was said to be empty but I had been listening to the CD on the way to the garage.
because there was a relaxed atmosphere in your showroom among all the staff.
The car was not cleaned after repairs even tho form said who valeted the vehicle.
The vehicle had not been properly road tested only showing 1mile of being driven I picked up my vehicle and the noise started again before I had left the top of the road.
Was not convinced that the vehicle was fixed due to the short time it spent in the workshop and faults happend straight away, I booked the day off to bring the vehicle in and just feel like the day was wasted.
Me and my don't smoke but when we got the vehicle back there was tobacco over the centre console and a empty energy drink can left in the vehicle that was not there when dropped off.
The only good thing I can say is the gentleman who booked me in on the Saturday when i first came in and the service advisor I saw, sadly I cannot remember there names did an amazing job so I cannot fault there efforts

We started looking for an Audi Q3 some months ago and with the help of Raheel and Paolo agreed on the specific model and colour that we preferred. Raheel and Paolo worked well together to help us identify the right vehicle and their patience and determination paid off when they alerted us to the Q3 which we have now purchased.
