I have been using Aston Martin in Sevenoaks for servicing my DB9 since I purchased it. After this Â£6000.00 service in August which included the brake Calipers being sent away for nipple replacement due to corrosion I collected the vehicle and the brakes were squeaking. I called and reported this and completed 200 miles and still squeaking. The vehicle was collected and inspected and I was told there was no issue as the squeaking only occurred at low speed? Who uses breaks when accelerating? But they could replace the discs and break pads if I wished. Before I had chance to reply (no mobile allowed at work) the vehicle was returned to me before I had got home.
I then took the car for MOT and to my horror the engineer showed me that the entire under protection was not secure (video recorded as proof) and the rear break sensor cable was not secured. I find this totally unacceptable and will not be returning to this service centre again.
It is always an excellent experience dealing with the sales and support team in Sevenoaks . I have already recommended 2 friends who have both purchased Aston's from Sevenoaks.
I continue to enjoy the personal experience I receive from Lancasters. All the sales people know all their customers by first name terms, and it really does feel like 'going round a friend's' for a coffee!!

Everybody made us feel welcome and valued. Very helpful advice and information provided throughout, but never "pushy". They genuinely cared to make the buying experience pleasurable and memorable.
Deserving of 11 stars if possible! They go above and beyond expectations. For example: whilst collecting my Bose headset I mentioned that I hadn't had a chance to wash the car - they immediately offered to do this whilst we waited with drinks, and chatted (usefully) with members of the team. Everyone is pleasant, friendly and considerate. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
