As mentioned, everything has been great so far, I am hoping it continues that way
All staff members were very professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
We felt that they went that extra mile to make the whole experience very pleasurable and we would and have already recommended them to three of our friends who are also interested in owning an Aston Martin.
After sales are poor. Car had problems, which they choose not to admit even after having a report from a another dealer. Great start to a relationship, however senior managers are not to concerned about after sales and hence why they only know ‘sales’. Dont expect a great aftercare from this dealership.
Unlike many other car dealerships, they allow you to make up your own mind without the slightest bit of being pushy. They are a complete pleasure to deal with.
