The worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Terrible communications, caused damage to my California, consistently mis-diagnosed issues, arranged a meeting to resolve issues, didn't bother turning up and much much more. I refuse to use them and now have to drive 1.5 hours to Carrs Exeter for servicing on my 2016 VW California.
Fantastic service whilst buying my new VW Up! I was very specific with what I wanted and David Lay came up with the goods! Transported up to Indian Queens so it was easier for me to view it, took time to send video clips and provided a very professional service! Thank you, I love it!

You recently installed rear parking sensors to our T6 in June. One of the sensors have fell out 3 week ago. Which you fixed and Yesterday the same one fell out again.
This is not what I expect from the main dealership. It takes me 1 hour each way to drop the van to you so far I've spent 8 hours of my family time to sort out your poor workmanship. That's not even taken in account the fuel cost. Plus the original charge of £240. I don't think I'm being unfair here in asking for at least a response from you. Also compensation for all of stress this has coursed.
