Nicole Inkpen’ attention to detail is superb
Deanne Elliot has been very helpful in assisting with any queries that we have had with our property and consistently kept us in the loop for the last few weeks. Previously had slight issues with Choices but Deanne is steadily making up for this. Thank you and please keep it up :) !
Having dealt with Nicole in regards to property management I have to say I was very happy with the service she provided as she went above and beyond for me and I’m very please with the outcome. I definitely will use Choices again and highly recommend them 100%
I had very lovely experience with this Estate Agency, Mr Connor (and Ben and Italia from the Crawley branch) made me feel very welcomed and no problem was too big for them they went the extra mile to help me, I will be recommending this Agency to all of my friends. :)
Chris Hendon very polite good sales person ready to help where needed, try to make problems less than what it is. listen to your ideas and request, any problems that arise he deals with it on the spot.

Staff were very helpful and efficient. I was dealt with by Greg who was constantly intouch with me. I was then dealt with by Paris, she was very helpul comstantly updating me via email or phone calls. I was very satisfied with the service.
Very prompt in responding and agreement was closed in very short time. This was helpful as I had to move out of hotel and team helped me get to where I was looking for. Thanks for being there!!
I recently came across Amy Francis in relation to property agreement. I am very much impressed with her dedication and honesty to respond to her customers. I had bitter experiences in the past with some staff in choices but Amy stands out.

No good customer service . No proffesionel approach. Over all no recomendation to any one.
We were tenants in a Choices managed property for just shy of two years. The mechanism for reporting faults is good via online portal but action can be slow, however this may be down to the landlord (we were without a washing machine for 5 weeks at one point).
Other than that we had very little interaction with them. The portfolio management team on the other hand were always polite and easy to deal with, particularly Customer Services Supervisor Amy Francis who has bumped this review up from three to four stars.
We are still awaiting return of our deposit money, again this is taking a while but I am sure that is down to the landlord.

Gave another tenants email address and bank details through an 'admin error'. Not competent. Would not recommend.
I have dealt with alot of agencies and Amy is the most lovely and helpful person I've ever had the pleasure to deal with when renting a property.
