I telephoned the store to see if an item was in stock, I spoke to Lloyd who said unfortunately it was not but he didn't leave it there, he checked every website he new and also rang a number of stores and the head office to try and find the item I wanted. He took my telephone number while he did this and then rang me back with the website location of the item. I placed the order and it is on its way to me. Lloyd went the extra mile for me and he gave excellent customer service, thank you.
