Management very unhelpful and a little catty, I felt for the junior staff who looked like they worked so hard. Management stood around and didn't help, infant put the junior staff member on the spot. Felt very uncomfortable and sorry for the poor girl. Second time i went in the a woman was very unhelpful, she looked tired and bored which i can understand considering how serious staff treat them but still put me off going. I know understand the chain in Cambridge is a Franchise and they work on targets for the franchise, yet the staff do not see a penny Bless them
