It’s two months since Ovenu did there ‘work’ at our home - the facts are we needed to replace the microwave oven and main oven after a botched cleaning job we have paid £360 for a replacement oven and are looking at a further £1000 to replace our microwave oven plus spending approximately 10 hours on the phone and emailing the various parties in this sorry tale. The insurers of Ovenu have offered £100 in ‘full and final settlement’. Legal action will follow when all the bills are in. Judge for yourselves.
