Huge thanks to Phil, we now feel as if we have a brand new oven! (It is nearly 10 years old.) Really professional and clear arrangements, a really friendly and polite guy, a pleasure whilst visiting in the house, absolutely no mess or smells. Very much lives up to all previous outstanding reviews, would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending.
