I had been meaning to have the oven cleaned for some time. It was Ian who took the booking and arranged the visit to suite my diary, not just when he wanted to come. The booking process was simple and I was contacted by Ian 30 minutes before he was arriving to make sure I was there. He was friendly and helpful in advising on different aspects of the process. I also had the extractor serviced and the hob rings cleaned out. I was concerned how much mess it may make, as I had never had the oven professionally cleaned before, but was astounded that there was no visible mess when he had finished. The light inside the oven had been broken for a few years and Ian said he would change it with very little additional cost. The finished job, which took about three hours, looked like a brand new cooker. I would recommend Ian to anyone wanting a clean professional job on there cooker, carried out by a friendly and trustworthy person.
