Craig arrived on time and brought a cover for the floor where he would be working. He cleaned the double ovens and all the racks and they are now sparkling. He also replaced the light in the main oven which hadn't worked for some time. Even managed to remove a stubborn stain from between the pieces of glass in the oven door. I'm very happy with the result and the coureous friendly service.
