Paul is very professional and organised, I left a message to book an appointment on a Friday afternoon and he returned it by 5.00pm same day, for the appointment he arrived on-time and despite my range cooker being 16-17 years old it cleaned up very well. Regular professional cleaning has kept the cooker working efficiently. Would definitely recommend, you won't get your oven this clean yourself.
