From making contact with Michelle at Miller Metcalfe she has always been very quick in coming back to me and I felt that she completely understood my situation and urgency of finding a suitable rental. Although we didn't find a property through Michelle I must say that her customer service was outstanding and the fact she kept me updated at all times was great. Even when she wasn't in the office she ensured her colleague was in touch with me which is such a refreshing change. I just wish other local estate agents were the same as had some terrible experiences and felt like all I do is chase them. If I am looking again I would recommend contacting Michelle at Miller Metcalfe.
