Jason, the branch manager was very attentive, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. He promoted our property to us very well and the fees involved were competitive with other agents who we saw. Having a professional photographer included in the price was a big plus along with in-house floor plans keeping EPC costs down. A solicitor package was offered but we did not take this up as we sourced our own who were more competitive but the package offered is all encompassing. Callum did all the viewing arrangements and kept us informed promptly and efficiently. Pam worked well for us to arrange the EPC. Viewings were accompanied and carried out by Colin who was very pleasant and must have done a good job as we sold very quickly. His knowledge of the property and our position was limited upon first arrival which was disappointing but didn’t negatively effect anything. Jason and Callum always answer our questions and queries promptly and they are very good to work with.
