I telephoned lockforce today regarding a faulty locking mechanism on my UPVC front door, Tom arrived promptly, identified the fault quickly and travelled to Warrington to collect the part, he returned and repaired the door. I found Tom to be very professional and polite and provided a quality service at a decent price, would definitely use the company again
