I have had occasion to call Bill out previously, for a failed garage door lock. His service and professionalism then was outstanding. So when my front and back door locks/handles failed, I had no hesitation on calling on Bill once again to save the day. As before Bill arrived very punctually, fixed my problematic doors and tidied up very well afterwards. I also felt that the cost was very reasonable indeed for the work he carried out.
