alistair arrived within a short while of me contacting him . He was very polite and cheerful and quickly explained to me what was needed to rectify the fault with the lock on my door . Within a short period he had fitted a new lock and new door handles. alistair was very professional , he is obviously very happy in his work which came across in his relaxed cheerful manner . I was very pleased with the service provided and the cost was reasonable too at £95. I would have no hesitation in contacting Alistair again if needed , hopefully not too soon . Anne
