I called out Carl to repair a faulty bathroom door lock.He arrived at exactly the arranged time and carried out the repair.No parts were needed and so Carl told me that there was no charge.I could not believe it.This is a tradesman who cannot be bettered.He respects his customers and cares about his work.I cannot recommend him highly enough.Everybody should use him because he cannot be bettered.He is honest,reliable and highly ethical.It is not the first time that Carl has done work for me at no charge and I hope that with his fantastic attitude he is around for many years to come.
