I called Lockforce out to repair a faulty bathroom door lock.Carl arrived at exactly the arranged time and carried out the repair quickly.No parts were needed and so Carl told me that there was no charge.I could not believe it.I did not think it was possible to call out a tradesman to your home and not be charged for the visit.However this is Carl.He is a truly fair and decent man who respects and values his customers.I highly highly recommend him because there is nobody better.
