Needed to replace locks in flat rented out to students. Had a fear that one lock would fail at any time. Phoned Bill expecting to make an appointment. He was able to give me a time of one hour. He, right away, replaced one lock and made the other safe from failing. He was able to work with the sizes he came across in a building more than 100 years old. He followed up be linking with the students to complete the work ASAP. Only needed paid when work completed. Excellent service especially for a landlord working from a distance away from the flat. Will be recommending Bill.
