Mark came punctually both times to fix my backdoor handle. Did job well and explained to me why the handle had failed. Was able to obtain the replacement within a few hours. Made an adjustment on the door so that it would work better in future. Checked my front door handle also, same fitting, to see if there were any weaknesses there. Explained that the new fitment had stronger metal parts because the manufacturers had realized there was a weakness in the design leading to eventual failure.
