Left waiting locked in our house with no means of escape. Was told by Mark he would be with us by the late afternoon. Continued to wait, called again and told we were 15 minutes away. By 7pm still no Mark. Tried calling again to be met with voicemail. So angry and upset especially with two small children living in a house where there is no access to get out any other way.
