Martin came to my property after my key had partly broken. Before drilling the lock (his last resort), he managed to gain access through a secure first floor PVC window. This was at night, in the dark! He persevered until he finally gained entry where he was able to unlock from the inside. A thoroughly professional job. Would highly recommend.
