Absolutely wonderful service from Audi Tamworth. I had a flawless experience with purchasing my Audi Q5. I booked the test drive online, got a call almost instantly confirming I'll be driving a Q5 with assistance from James Letterese. Excellent service from James, who showed us the Q3, and then the showroom Q5. Test drive was nice and easy, and smooth paperwork completion with James. Handover was also a very positive experience. The personalised video from James was very nice and a call to confirm we had no problems driving the car away was nice of him too. All in all a very quick, easy and smooth experience.
