I worked at Oldham Audi for 1 year from 2017-2018. I was treated unfairly and bullied constantly by 2 sales managers (Mark Wilson and Neil Haddock). I used to come in to work 5 minutes prior to my shift, Mark used to always swear at me demanding I should come about 2 hours before. Neil didn't allow me to wear my work jacket although he was fine with everybody else wearing it. Neil also decided to not pay me for 2 weeks at one point. The Office Manager Yasmin Lord-Pottinger and Head of Business John Stephens turned a blind eye against the bullying situation for a number of months and ignored my calls when asking for my overtime payment. I wanted to make a formal complaint against both Mark and Neil but both Yasmin and John didn't escalate the situation further. An email from myself to the brand director Andy Davies led to the company finally contacting me and paying the owed overtime.
