The entire experience from looking around, choosing our car, completing paperwork and collecting our car went very smoothly and staff in particular Rae our sales man was very helpful and professional. No pushy sales techniques, we were able to look around in our own time, Rae was able to answer all questions and we were made to feel like valued customers. I highly recommend Mercedes Southend.
