I was disappointed with the service from Jardine. Although undoubtedly friendly, the garage did not handle my request to investigate a problem well. They first tried to suggest that it might be not be a problem and eventually required me to make an extra visit to the garage to make a short check - something that could and should have been done at the service appointment. The Customer Relationship Manager offered to meet me for reassurance when I brought the car in but did not and has not been in contact since. I am enjoying my Mercedes but maintenance through a Mercedes dealer is not cheap and to justify the expense needs to be high quality. On my experience they did not not meet that mark in respect of customer service.
