BEWARE!!! FRAUDSTERS My wife purchased a GLC350 from Ipswich Mercedes in September. The Salesman, David and the business manager Neil were categorically told that we did not want any care plans or insurance policies. I even requested that a separate offer sheet was printed with the products removed before I agreed to the sale. Having picked up the car and had ownership of it for over 6 weeks. We had a policy document come through the door for Alloy Wheel Insurance and a leather care plan. We were so against these products and made this extremely clear. These products were taken out in our name FRAUDULENTLY. The value is just over £750 and we have now reported it to the police. We will be taking Mercedes to court and filing a full police report when we meet with the detective at our home. Absolutely Disgusting! STAY AWAY.
