What a refreshing change. I have just started to use Mercedes Ipswich from having used Mercedes Bury St Edmunds garage for years, and couldn't take the incompetence any more. So, first service at Ipswich today, worlds apart from what I have had at Bury, tyres ordered in reediness, Bury couldn't get tyres for two weeks because their depot was in Northampton!! I offered to drive there to collect them) video showing the checks, two phone calls telling me what's been done and what needed to be done before collection, nice welcome, wasn't ignored even by passing showroom sales people, nice bright open showroom, and car cleaned nicely, not with dirty rags, hovered out, Bury would shake the floor mat into the footwell and place the clean mat over the top!! brushing under the rug! Thank you Eloise, its worth me traveling 40 minutes and I would urge other to do so.
