I started dealing with with Mercedes Chelmsford in May and have yet to find a resolution to the Issue I first came in with. Truly appalling work by the service department, with miss information form the start of dealing with them. Unable to give correct information on the Keyless Go system, and incorrectly diagnosing a leak on the AC system. Poor communications and quite frankly condescending treatment from the service staff, who have little understanding of their business. The parts department have tried to help and been responsive but have failed to deliver the correct parts when it comes to the key. Other Items they have delivered on time and correctly. Overall the service from Mercedes Chelmsford has been very poor and I would not use them for the service and maintenance of my car or would I recommend them to anyone else.
